1.1. Agile Actors Hellas AE (hereinafter the Company) operates in accordance with the rules of ethics and the applicable legislative and regulatory framework, committed to the strictest standards of professional ethics, integrity, transparency and accountability. In this context, it demonstrates zero tolerance for incidents of corruption and illegality in general and for actions that may disrupt its healthy working environment, harm it and put its reputation and credibility at risk. This Breach Report Management Policy (hereinafter the Policy) aims to create an internal reporting system for breaches of EU law, to protect persons who report such breaches and to organize the process of submitting, receiving and monitoring reports. The purpose of this Policy is a) the Company's compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, regarding the protection of persons who report violations of EU law, and Law 4990/2022 which incorporates it, and b) to define the principles and the relevant framework within the Company.

1.2. The Company, in the framework of strengthening integrity and transparency within the Company, ensures the appropriate information and training of its employees regarding integrity, transparency, the reporting of violations, as well as the Company's procedures for submitting and investigating the report. The Company ensures that this Policy, as well as any revised form thereof, will be communicated to all persons concerned and will be published on the Company's website.
